Home, despite DeutchBahn!

Anthony did get back after a 20-hour trip from Eisenach.

During Monday he had 14 emails from DB (DeutcheBahn) telling him either of cancellations, missed connections and bus replacement services. He only made the Eurostar connection thanks to an old and fairly grotty Belgian local train in the end. The train leaving Waterloo was dead on time!!

The whole trip was simply wonderful.
